Welcome to my corner of health and wellness! With over 25 years of experience as a Registered Nurse, I have dedicated the last 15 years to supporting surgical and

non-surgical weight loss patients. It's incredibly rewarding to witness the positive changes in their health and lives throughout their journey. My passion for this field has also led me to become a Certified Bariatric Nurse, further enhancing my ability to guide others towards better health.

As a nurse coach and functional medicine practitioner, I am passionate about helping women health at the root, build trust with their bodies, and create wellness that actually lasts.

I believe women deserve more than rushed appointments, symptom chasing, and one-size-fits-all solutions. They deserve care that listens. Healing that is personalized. Support that feels safe. And systems that create sustainable change.

With a foundation in nursing, specialized training in functional medicine, nurse coaching and bariatrics, I bring together science, compassion, and whole-person care to support women navigating weight loss (surgical and non surgical) chronic health challenges, hormone imbalance, metabolic health and life transitions.

But more than credentials, I believe in human-centered healing.
